 – Pickling – Electro galvanizing – Washing - Dry in the air – Finished products – Be put into storage

2. Coating process for the latter hot dipped galvanizing: Satisfactory mesh panel and bended black fence panel 

–Degreasing - Washing – Pickling - Washing –Immersion galvanizing solution–Drying and preheating – hot dipped galvanizing –cooling – Passivation – Rinse – Dry - Spot check – Finished products – packing and inspection one by one - Be put into storage

3. Automatic spraying coating assembly line: Satisfactory black panel or galvanized wire mesh panel or latter

galvanized mesh panel  (It needs the process of unoil, sanding and shot blasting for the black mesh panel before spraying) – Preheating - Spray the powder - Heat gradually and dry – Finished products – Inspection – Packing and inspect one by one- Be put into storage
